For expectant parents who may need some professional help in planning for their labor & birth, while preferring no on call support during birth.

This package is a great option for those who would love to have access to my knowledge and resources as a professionally trained DONA.org doula since 2007.

 

-Two prenatal consults to help you craft your birth preferences/vision, go over labor comfort measures and birthing techniques.

 

-One postpartum consult to help you establish breastfeeding (if applicable), check in on baby care and new parents' recovery. Go over tips and tricks to help you during the postpartum weeks.

 

-Available daily via email/text support (9am-8pm) for reassurance and questions, as well as provide you with my collection of resources.

 

*This package does not include on-call support, support during labor/birth, or postpartum support. These services can be found in my Labor & Birth Doula Packages*

Utilize my knowledge and resources as a professional doula for over 15 years, to learn the latest comfort techniques for labor, help you create a birth plan, and receive evidence-based information to help you & your partner make the best informed decisions for your family.

-Two customized virtual prenatal sessions. Can include topics such as a review of the stages of labor, timing contractions, how to know when labor begins and how to labor with your partner or by yourself at the hospital.

 

-Building birth preferences, discussion of several comfort strategies and medical interventions available if interested.

 

-24hr phone support starting 3 weeks prior to your EDD - Continuous virtual support throughout your labor & birth.

 

-During early labor: virtual/phone instruction on labor positions & comfort techniques/guidance on when to go to the hospital/reassurance on what may be normal.

 

-At the hospital: virtual/phone reminders on navigating the medical system/talking through tough decisions if they become necessary/instruction on how to navigate interventions if they come up/being a centering & calming presence.

 

-Postpartum: initial latch support following the birth/going over what to expect for the next few days.

 

-One Virtual postpartum session

Providing non-medical virtual and emotional support after the birth of your baby, I would help you with self-care recovery measures, give you information on new-parent and baby care, help you learn to care for and feed your new baby, and aid with meal preparation ideas.

 

This is a service which encompasses the wellbeing of the entire family unit as a whole, which also includes new parent & on-going coaching.

 

Virtual A la Cart Sessions:

Hourly Consults can be purchased as needed prenatally and during your postpartum period.
